We are dedicated to the reseller channel. To become a NUIMPACT channel partner, we ask that you complete our Business Partner Application Form along with documentation mentioned below.

Step 1: Complete and sign the Business Partner Application Form after referencing the General Terms and Conditions. Ontario Retail Sales Tax must also be completed and submitted if your business address is located in the province of Ontario in order to claim sales tax exemption.

Step 2: Complete and sign the Shipping Insurance Agreement Form to indicate your preference of insurance carrier.

Step 3: Fax all duly completed and signed forms to (416) 900.0999.
